Vicky Lewis Consulting is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

What we collect and what we do with the information we gather
In general Vicky Lewis Consulting does not collect or ask for any personal information about visitors to our website. In the following cases only, some information may be collected:
- If you choose to add a comment to a post on our blog, you may be asked for your name and e-mail address, or to log on using an existing third-party service (e.g. using your Facebook or Google account). This enables us to limit the number of undesirable comments ("spam") submitted for our approval. If your comment is approved by our review team, your name and comment will be published on the website. We will never publish your e-mail address or pass it on to any third party. We reserve the right to choose whether or not to publish a blog comment once you have submitted it to us. Once published, we reserve the right to remove the comment at any point in future for any reason. We are not required to inform you of this decision. If you wish to retract a comment (delete it) after it has been published, you should e-mail us (using the address on our contact page) from the e-mail address you submitted when you posted the comment.
- In common with all modern websites, our web server stores standard log files containing information about access to the website and its resources. These log files do not contain personal data, but rather information which assists Vicky Lewis Consulting in assessing the use, popularity and usability of the various pages and resources on the site. This information may include the IP address of your computer. Vicky Lewis Consulting will not attempt to trace that IP address to you personally.
- On our blog posts we include a number of buttons enabling visitors quickly to share a particular page on various social media. The use of these buttons by our visitors does not provide Vicky Lewis Consulting with any information by which you can be identified. The third-party social media services (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc) to which these buttons are linked have their own privacy policies concerning the use of information which they may or may not gather as a result of the use of these buttons by our visitors, and you are encouraged to acquaint yourself with these policies before using the buttons.
- Our home page contains a live feed from our Twitter stream, which by its nature may contain links and references to individuals. This information is stored on Twitter's servers, and may be temporarily stored on our web server for display purposes ("caching").
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
